Diagrama Architects doesn't just create designs that go viral, they create spaces that generate a sense of belonging in their users, using local materials and techniques in harmony with local conditions. Diagrama is a firm founded in 2014 in Guadalajara, interested in creating places that generate in its inhabitants a sense ofbelonging; made with endemic materials and mexican workmanship. They specialize in the development of Real Estate projects that incorporate valuable architectural proposals and a profitable business model that is aware of its environment.  It’s integrated by their 2 directors, Luis Aurelio Piña Plaza and Laura Elena Barba Prieto. Both are architects who graduated from ITESO and they have their own experience in other projects. The bureau seeks to achieve better results through linking this by associating with companies tha tcontribute ideas from different disciplines. Their projects are located in various states of Mexico, such as Guadalajara, La Paz, Quintana Roo, Mexico City, among others. For example, Casa Pedro located in the downtown area of ​​Guadalajara, Jalisco. This project was developed through the Huella Actúa platform; which seeks to recover spaces, retaking architecturally gifted properties, seeking to integrate these properties to the area and public spaces.
